Ingredients:
- Puffed rice/Marmaralu-2 cups
- Mango slices raw – 2 slices (cut in length wise) (sour one preferably)
- Garam masala- 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Ajinomoto- ½ a pinch
- Carrot - 1 grated
- Cilantro to garnish
- Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
- Lemon juice-1 tbsp
