Puffed Rice Masala

  • Puffed rice/Marmaralu-2 cups
  • Mango slices raw – 2 slices (cut in length wise) (sour one preferably)
  • Garam masala- 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto- ½ a pinch
  • Carrot - 1 grated
  • Cilantro to garnish
  • Onion- 1 (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice-1 tbsp

  • Take a bowl and add puffed rice.
  • Add all the above masala’s, onions to the puffed rice and mix it well.
  • Finally add grated carrot, kothimeer/Cilantro and salt.
  • Sprinkle Lemon Juice and serve it.
