Charu Podi /Rasam Powder

 Here goes the procedure :

Ingredients :

  • Dhaniyalu/Coriander Seeds -1/4kg
  • Miriyalu/Pepper -150gm
  • Jeera-50gm
  • kandipappu-1/4kg
  • inguva /Hing - 1 tsp 


Dry roast without oil  all the ingredients, let them cool and then grind it coarsely/smoothly .
